Privacy Policy — 10x15 Label Converter

This extension converts shipping labels (Shopee and TikTok Shop) into a
ready-to-print 10x15 cm PDF for thermal printers. We collect the minimum
needed for the service to work and to manage the subscription.
Data we handle
Label files — the files you upload (ZPL .txt/.zip or PDF) are sent
over HTTPS to our conversion server, used to generate the PDF and
automatically deleted after about 30 minutes. We keep no history or copy
of them.
Email — we ask for your email in three situations: to start the free
trial, to subscribe, and to log in on another browser. It's used to identify
your subscription, send the access code, and track the trial.
We may also email you about the product: new features, price changes and
offers. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link in the footer, and
one click stops them immediately, without affecting your subscription or
access. We never sell or hand your email to third parties.
Browser identifier (device_id) — a random code generated at
installation, stored in your browser. It keeps the subscription active on
one browser at a time. It does not identify you personally and is not used
to track your browsing.
Computer identifier — a second random code, stored by our site in your
browser. It exists for one reason: the free trial lasts 7 days per computer,
and without it anyone could uninstall the extension and use another email to
restart the clock indefinitely. It is not a fingerprint: it reads nothing
about your device, your browser or you — it is a drawn number. Clearing your
browsing data erases it.
IP address — when you start the free trial we store a scrambled version
(*hash*) of your IP. The address itself is never stored and cannot be
reconstructed from what we keep. It lets us see how many trials come from the
same place; it is not used to locate anyone or for advertising.
Local preferences — your store's @ handle and server address, stored
only in your browser.
Conversion history — when you download a PDF, a copy of it is kept **in
your own browser** (IndexedDB), because the file is deleted from our server
after ~30 minutes. That copy is never sent to us or to anyone else: it
only exists on this computer, and you can delete it whenever you want from
the extension's "History" tab. We keep the most recent conversions and the
oldest ones are discarded automatically.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and
Mercado Pago (Pix). Card details are entered directly in those
providers' own environment: **they never pass through our server and we
don't store them**. We only keep the subscription identifier and its
expiration date.
Marketplace pages
On Shopee and TikTok Shop seller pages, the extension shows a button and
detects when you generate/download a label, to offer the conversion. It
**does not read your login data, passwords, messages, sales, or any other
content** from those pages, and it does not act on any other site.
What we DON'T do
- We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
- We don't use your data for advertising outside the product — the only
messages we send are our own, to the email you registered, with one-click
unsubscribe.
- We don't store card data.
- We don't access pages outside the domains declared in the extension.
- We don't use your files to train anything.

Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time through the contact
below. You can cancel the subscription yourself, under "Manage
subscription" inside the extension.
